1) Add antifreeze in drainage and coil pipe (closed tower)
1. Close the inlet and outlet valve of the inner circulating water pipe leading to the cooling tower;
2. Close the circulating water refill valve in the cooling tower to cut off the automatic refill when the system pressure changes, affecting the normal drainage of the system. (refers to the use of an expansion tank for water refill).
3. Open the exhaust valve of the internal circulating water system and twist it to the fully open position;
4. Open the plug at the bottom of the circulation inlet and outlet water pipe in the cooling tower, so that the heat exchanger water in the cooling tower of the internal circulation system can be discharged. (The water in the copper coil drains freely.)
5. After the water flows out freely, the exhaust valve of the internal circulating water system is closed. The exhaust hole at the bottom of the inlet pipe of the cooling tower is installed with a threaded connector and connected to the high-pressure gas pipe (pressure: 3 ~ 5kg), a valve is installed in the outlet pipe joint to control the internal circulating water displacement at any time, repeat several times, the remaining internal circulating water discharge as far as possible, when the water outlet does not flow out, the plug plug, open the upper two exhaust valves of the main pipe, the pressure pump from the exhaust port into antifreeze ethylene glycol (C2H60), another exhaust port exhaust, Make the concentration of ethylene glycol solution in the copper coil about 25%, add preservatives in the solution to prevent corrosion of the inner circulation pipeline and refrigeration equipment, and leave the exhaust valve open after exhaust.
Note:
1 copper tube displacement, and the amount of water remaining in the tube, depends on the site of the staff operating methods, but to ensure that the tube in winter is not frozen swelling crack, must be filled with antifreeze ethylene glycol (C2H60), the copper tube in the ethylene glycol solution concentration of about 25%.
2. If the closed cooling tower provided by our company has been tested by water pressure during acceptance after installation, it will not be operated in the current year. Before winter comes, the cooling tower equipment must be treated with anti-freezing measures according to the above methods (draining water and adding antifreeze ethylene glycol (C2H60) solution).
2) The discharge of water distributed in the lower flume
1. Close the valves of manual and automatic water pipes;
2. Open the sewage outlet at the bottom of the lower sink, discharge the water and clean the precipitated impurities.
Special note: If the cooling tower will often be holidays and temporary shutdown in winter, the antifreeze ethylene glycol (C2H60) will be injected into the inner circulation closed system once, and the concentration of the cooling solution ethylene glycol is about 25%.
